5.5 289bet reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be held pending the completion of such checks. 7.1 All bets placed on the 289bet Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming a bet. 289bet will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of Player error unless a demonstrable system error occurred.
7.2 289bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or human entry error ("palpable error"). Bets placed on incorrectly priced markets will be settled at the correct prevailing odds or voided at the discretion of 289bet.
7.3 In the event of a Sporting Event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport and market as published in the 289bet Help Centre. In general, bets on postponed events are voided if the event does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated.
7.4 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators supplied by the relevant game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 289bet does not manipulate game outcomes. Players accept that casino games carry a house edge and that long-term player returns are below 100%.
7.5 289bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at any time, including for individual Accounts that display unusual betting patterns.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Upon voluntary Account closure by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon Account closure.
9.3 Where an Account is closed by 289bet due to a breach of these Terms, 289bet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and potential recovery of damages.
10.1 All content on the 289bet Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and structural design elements, is the intellectual property of 289bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.3 The 289bet name, logo, and brand marks are the exclusive property of 289bet. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or affiliate content — without the express written consent of 289bet is strictly prohibited.
11.1 The 289bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 289bet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 289bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:
